Volleyball Takes Two Losses To Begin Midwest Crossover

HAMMOND, Ind. – The 2025 Midwest Region Crossover Volleyball Tournament got underway on Friday (Oct. 17), and Ashland University lost twice to open the proceedings.
 
Ashland was defeated 3-0 by Davenport (25-13, 25-14, 25-20), then fell 3-0 to Rockhurst (25-14, 25-17, 25-12) to move to 11-7 on the season.
 
WRAPPING IT UP
  • In the match against Davenport, junior libero Abbey Queen finished with 12 digs, and junior setter Marin Dixon ended with 13 assists.
  • Versus Rockhurst, Queen had 17 digs and Dixon compiled 20 assists.

The second and final day of the Crossover on Saturday (Oct. 18), as a time and vs. an opponent to be determined.
